The Reebok Spartan Series doesn’t need much of an introduction.  They are one of the oldest names in the business and have been putting on quality events all over the world for several years now.  They offer 4 levels of races: Spartan Sprint (3+ Miles), Super Spartan (8+ Miles) , Spartan Beast (12+ Miles) and the Spartan Death Race (48 Hours).  Some of their staple obstacles are the log hop, the spear throw, the rope climb, and the sandbag haul.

The Spartan races are some of the toughest obstacle course races around due to the intensity of the obstacles and the infamous burpees.  If you can’t get up the rope, can’t get your spear to stick or can’t do any of the other obstacles, your punishment is 30 burpees and there are volunteers to count ’em out for you and make sure your chest touches the ground. But all of your hard work is rewarded at the end with a well-deserved beer and a genuine sense of accomplishment.

Mud Running HQ is pleased to be able to offer one lucky winner a chance to win a free entry into any of the remaining 2014 Reebok Spartan events in the continental US. Enter below for your chance to win!

i would love to win this prize because I have found the fitness bug after around 30 years of not taking care of myself. I have been working out and running/walking for the last 2 months. I paricapated in my 1st 5 K at the begining of May and will do my 1st mud run in July. I joined Team Braveheart to keep motivated. I want to prove to my self that I can do a spartan race. The race i would prolbley do would be the Citizens Bank Park 9/28 day before my wifes birthday. So please pick me. 🙂

I would love to win this prize because I just ran the Spartan Sprint for the first time in Texas, and freaking loved the challenge. It was brutal, awesome, and worth every scrape and bruise. If I won, I would probably like to do the Super Spartan in Chicago.

    posting again correction on email.

I should win this because for the past two years I have trained very hard becoming a gym rat and eating healthy all because I was told I would have asthma for the rest of my life… I took my meds did some research and started working on my body. I proved to the doc where there is a will there is a way. I run 2 days a week 5 miles like if I robbed somebody and started lifting recently. I have trained my body to breath better, eat better and train harder. This would be the ultimate greatest challenge and I know I can do it. I would love to do the Tri-State NJ race this year.

WooHoo! I would do the Fenway Spartan “Boston Strong” I wanted to run it last year & couldn’t.

I would love to win this because after having a child, and my husband joining the military and moving us to the other side of the country I became quite depressed and let myself go. I just recently found a serious love for running. I never really knew all the great benefits of it and now, even though it’s only been about 2 weeks since I’ve started, everyone can see a huge difference in me. I’m happier and already starting to see a difference in my body. The Spartan race in Washougal, wa is about 3 months away and I would love to be able to take it on as my first 5k!
